Went to school at 4.30 meet patrick,xavier and joseph. Joseph was LAte again.....went to dover ite.We start our training by a few warm up.Than we need to run 7 round wth damn tired and suffering haha but i keep thinking of the target and i keep running.Than after that we went upstair to use a machine donno wads that call we pull the string damn difficult sia my foot cramp very pain.after that we need to do 100 pull up 300 push up WTF i am not joking sia i also not bullshiting.sian diao lor in the end we got complete we help each other haha.The xavier and joseph sing the girl name i feel sad sia i keep thinking than when go home i see 963 also think alot. AIYA i now go sleep dont want go think le later think till become crazy or depression.

today our group start the amber alreally.damn hot lah in the kitchen.lucky i didnt wear any clothes inside i only wear one chef uniform.i sweat like hell.When the order coming in all people like very nervous haha.very tiring today cause must keep rushing rushing after the amber closed we clean up the whole kitchen.finish at around 5 pm damn tired no energy to walk also..when i reach home shower finish than ate a ICe POP that i bought yesterday from sheng siong haha very shiok de feeling haha.Feel like sleeping now.


end school at 9.30 today pe very fun cause play soccer with class mate haha.very shiok. after pe i went to eat.I heard from my classmate say class start at 11am....went to find the class at 11 am but cannot find suddenly Joseph call me say class alreally end -_- wth. He say our classmate alreally pass up the project.We sian diao lor ....we somemore haven hand in today we want hand in liao all go home liao....i go find mr leong he say the class actually start at 10.30....than mr leong say he help ask tell the miss christina went to fix my hp after that they say collect at 3pm .i went home since its only 12.20. Reach home shower and play games than 2.30 leave the house again.Cycle all the way to jurong to collect my hp.When i cycling home suddenly heavy rain sia...I stop in the bus shelter to aviod rain.wait there for ard 1/2 hour than i don want wait liao i chiong but chiong halfway damn cold i stop again at shelter than getting more cold la cant tahan i chiong all the way back and shower than ok liao


wake up 9 plus ...yesterday watch show till 1 am than sleep the shao lian ah hu very nice very touching also haha after that play games than sleep. went to have breakfast in the morning with my father after breakfast went home play games awhile than went to wash car.Sian lor today at home nothing to do hais.went to bugis have my dinner. Than went to play free game at the samsung shop inside got guitar hero LOL go play the guitar haha . Buy 1 cloths and 1 shorts pants after that. my father come fetch me.went to eat when i reach home i on my tv i saw my cousin inside LOL he inside the sheng siong tv show haha playing soccer he won $1000 haha so shiok hahaha





late for school cant wake up on time today lucky mr yong didnt scold. hmmm this world sucks man. just recived a letter on NS ... so fast they send me wah lauu i still schooling. hais i really cant change myself thats the way i are cause i am born out like this i am not those people who are not shy and very social . this is my life. yesterday night went to see doctor cause my back very pain.The pain been there for around 3 days liao my mum ask me go see doctor my father accompany me go see the doctor.The doctor say my back got problem and i accidentaly sprain my back...i don remember when i injured my back -_-. he help me crack my back than give me a plaster to stick on the back. The medical fees was $25 WTH i also want be doctor just crack here crack there got $25 inside the pocket liao i now cant even bend down properly very pain . he say i got abit hutchback todat after school went home by taking the bus 99. went to jurong east pasar malam alone and buy things to eat.The burger not bad.i was enjoying eating suddenly i saw MY BUS 51. i give chase la but the bus driver didnt wait i get fed up i keep thinking i must get up the damn bus i run all the way shortcut.And i reach the next next bus stop before bus 51 reach hehe^^ lucky i can run but my back still pain i manage to board the bus and went home ..


after shower went to school reach there abt 8. we waited for mr yong for 1 hr like that ......we reheat those soups and taste weather it gone bad. only one sauce gone bad. Zai and Farhan today super high they keep dancing in amber kitchen cook halfway also can dance haha crazy than we make roti prata using cloth we treat the cloth like a prata we knead and we pound and we flip haha than we use imaginary egg to put in the prata haha we gone crazy alreally.than mr yong cut some salmon for us to eat my friend all say damn shiok but its is raw man ! how can be shiok haha i put in my mouth and taste wth i don like sia the taste very funny but in the end i manage to swallow it ......finally open my mouth and say a single word hello today .......i need time to talk more haha TOMMOROW WILL BE A BETTER DAY !

today harun ask me go east coast cycling with qi liang and peck ki.Harun damn late la wah lauu i wait for him so long .......later when he reach he say sory sorry than we go meet qi liang and peck ki we go shop awhile at parkway than we went to east coast cycle. we cycle till very far than got one fucking nerd act cool boy come challege us in bike racing LOL his bike damn power la road bike ..than we cnanot catch up than he later challage us again by riding very fast.I think he like Peck ki he want show off ....after th cycling we go eat after eating harun was very sad ..... than he say wan come my house than i say ok cause i scared when he go home he will commit sucide.
